This policy describes how Oakwood Remodeling Group Inc. — through its Auburn location, Oakwood Remodeling Group Auburn, at 11641 Blocker Dr, Auburn, CA 95603 — handles information submitted through https://auburnbath.com. Last updated September 19, 2026.
What we collect
What you send us. The quote form on this site asks for your name, phone number, email address, city, project type, and anything you choose to write in the message field. Name, phone, email and project type are required; the rest is optional. That is the only personal information the site asks for. There is no account to create, and we never ask for payment or financial details through this website.
Server logs. Like any website, the servers that host this site record routine technical information for each request — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. We use those logs only to keep the site running and secure.
No analytics or advertising tags. This site runs no analytics, advertising, remarketing or session-recording scripts, and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track you across other websites.
One browser-side flag. The site stores a single value in your browser’s session storage so a one-time on-screen prompt is not shown to you twice in the same visit. It contains no personal information, never leaves your browser, and is discarded when you close the tab.
Who receives it
A submitted form is delivered by email to the Oakwood Remodeling Group office and to the independent web developer who maintains this website. The email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Pages that show a map embed a Google Maps frame; when that frame loads, Google receives the request directly from your browser under Google’s own privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your information, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not pass it to lead-generation brokers or to other contractors.
How we use it
We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare an estimate, and — if you hire us — to carry out the work, including pulling the building permit for your address. We may contact you by phone, text or email about the project you asked about.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email and project records for as long as we may need them for the project, for follow-up, and for the record-keeping a licensed contractor is expected to maintain. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — call (530) 450-2343 or use our contact form. We’ll remove it from our active records, subject to any legal record-keeping requirement. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Children
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Updates
We may update this policy. The version on this page, with the date above, is the current one. Questions: call (530) 450-2343 or get in touch. Our terms of use cover the rest of your use of this site.
